Zullfakher Mohd Toon is a distinguished leader in property development and project management with over three decades of senior-level experience spanning Malaysia and Southeast Asia. He holds a Master of City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology (USA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, graduating summa cum laude.
Currently the Managing Director of the Proven Group of Companies, his portfolio includes large-scale developments such as Politeknik Bagan Datuk (RM165 mil), integrated student housing for UniMAP (RM160 mil), and the CBD Trade Mall in Indonesia (USD30 mil). He also serves as President Director of PT Titanium Property, leading a USD60 mil mixed-use project in Jakarta.
He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Planners and has held strategic roles in both the public and private sectors, driving growth, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border ventures with a focus on sustainable urban development and construction innovation.
Nubly Zainuham Ambotang is an accomplished corporate leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, and property management. He has held senior executive roles, including Executive Director of Tuntas Property Services and Chief Operating Officer of Hektar Property Services, where he managed major property portfolios and retail mall operations, including international business ventures and a key role in developing a 540-room hotel project in Madinah. Nubly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Hull and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Queensland and is a registered member of BOVEAP.
Mohd Fazli Hj Jamsuri is a highly accomplished operations strategist with over 20 years of proven leadership in defence, international operations, and large-scale mission planning. A former senior naval officer and globally recognized instructor, he possesses unmatched operational insight, cross-functional coordination, and organizational discipline crucial for leadership roles. His career is marked by results-driven command experience, international stakeholder engagement, and the management of complex, high-stakes operations in both governmental and multidimensional environments.
Recipient of the Best Military award in 2023 at the Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College, he was selected from 180 officers across 20 nations for his leadership excellence. As a certified UN Peacekeeping International instructor, he has trained global military personnel and supported strategic mission readiness in volatile regions, including deployments to Lebanon and Australia. As a naval captain, he led critical maritime operations and oversaw various missions at sea, contributing to anti-piracy efforts in Somalia and SAR missions of MH 370 and Air Asia 8501, earning him the National Icon 2017 recognition. He is also adept in regional and international diplomacy, having successfully coordinated multinational events like the Western Pacific Naval Symposium and LIMA, ensuring flawless execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Mohd Fazli excels in driving operational excellence, blending military precision, diplomatic finesse, and corporate leadership readiness.
Zalila Mohd Toon was the Executive Director cum Chief Financial Officer of Hektar Asset Management Sdn Bhd, manager of Hektar REIT until her resignation in January 2018. She was instrumental in listing Hektar REIT in December 2006, and was responsible for the financial matters and the overall financial performance of the REIT. She was also the Designated Licensed Director under the Capital Market Services Representative’s License granted to REIT Managers.
Thereafter, she became the Chief Executive Officer of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd, manager for AmanahRaya REIT for a short period before becoming one of the founding partners of Tuntas Property Services Sdn Bhd. Currently, she is also a Corporate Strategy Adviser for Kumpulan Syarikat Az-Zahrah.
Prior to joining Hektar in 2004, she was with the UEM Group for 23 years, out of which 20 years was with Cement Industries of Malaysia Berhad. Her primary achievements included spearheading various corporate exercises and the acquisition of a cement plant. Sabaruddin bin Ahmad Sabri is a highly distinguished professional with over three decades of extensive, crosssector experience in journalism, corporate communications, and government relations. Mohd Zulfitri Mohd Basir is a visionary leader with over 15 years of experience across construction, technology, oil & gas, plantation, property development, and hospitality. He was appointed as Chairman of Johawaki Construction Sdn Bhd and Director of Johawaki Development Sdn Bhd to lead the post-pandemic restructuring of the 43-year-old Construction & Development division of Johawaki group of companies. Within just two years, he transformed the company from a loss-making entity into a profitable, future-ready organisation with a bold 10-year growth strategy. Under his leadership, Johawaki won two national awards for Best Contractor of the Year and Anugerah Kontraktor Cemerlang in the building category in 2024 by Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia (JKR).
